If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to damage, wrong product, or expiry issues, we are here to help.

This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how refunds or returns can be initiated.


2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✔ Wrong Product Delivered

If the product you received does not match your order.

✔ Damaged Product Delivered

If the product is physically damaged during transit.

✔ Expired Product Delivered

If you receive a product past its expiry date.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products returned without valid proof (photo/video)
  • Items purchased during special clearance sales

4. Return Request Timeline

Return requests must be filed within:

48 hours of receiving the product

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

6. Refund Process

Refunds are processed in the following scenarios:

✔ Order cancelled before shipment
✔ Returned product approved after inspection
✔ Payment deducted but order not placed successfully

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed via Razorpay and take:

5–7 business days
to reflect in your bank account or original payment method.


7. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement if:

  • Product is damaged
  • Product is expired
  • Wrong product is delivered

Replacements are subject to stock availability.


8. Order Cancellation Refund

If you cancel an order within 12 hours or before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer (processing may take time)
